Let’s start posting the number of cancer deaths each day compared to the number of Covid deaths. Better yet, the number of new, confirmed cancer cases with new Covid cases. Puts a better prospective on Covid. Time to be realistic about Covid.

If Sheridan has an unusual number of cancer deaths that needs to be investigated. When in nursing at UW, there was a high incidence of lymphoma. Four teens in one class. The cement factory, whose air borne residue ate the paint off cars, also created lymphatic cancer. One problem does not obliterate another.

    Are the majority unvaxxed people?

Are the unvaxxed people spending time with the vaxxed people who have Covid but don’t know it??? I wonder, since the vaccine makes the symptoms of Covid much milder or even non-existent, but does not prevent the disease entirely, are the vaccinated unknowiingly becoming the transmitters of the disease? Something to ponder. I do like Dave’s idea, new confirmed cancer cases should be compared to new confirmed Covid cases. Where is the vaccine for Cancer???

Vaccinated person should not be penalized by being force to wear masks. More importantly I am concerned about about the transmission rate of Covid listed as HIGH. With out perspective the general population is lead to believe that we are in a crisis situation. HIGH compared to other diseases? or just HIGH because you want to alarm the general population?

Look for a cure for cancer? That’s a great idea! I can’t believe no one has thought of this before!
Oh and BTW, in case you haven’t noticed, cancer isn’t contagious.

I dont understand people not getting vaxxed other than for health or religious reasons. I certainly dont support FORCED vaxx. A cancer vaxx would be great-i have lost several people from it but i dont see it coming anytime soon. I think the big difference is cancer cant be transmitted person to person like covid. Seems like those getting it now are unvaxx, younger and healthier so i hope the impact wont be a bad.

“Isn’t that the way it always is? A few ignorant people ruin things for others.” Remember those words, Livingston? You wrote those very words, just recently. Why don’t you follow your own words, regarding a virus that has killed over 600,000 Americans? The “stupid” is strong in you.

First of all, they really don’t know for sure if it is covid, as the PCR tests don’t work and the CDC has taken them off the market. And as far as the “vaccine” goes, it has not been proven to prevent anything, let alone a virus!! People need to research these things, before they start putting them in their body. Wake up, People!!!!

The vax has been proven highly effective 95 percent with covid and 90 percent with delta variant. yes everyone should do their own research and decide but please dont come across that you are somehow more intelligent that those of us who got vaxed. the stats just dont support you.

If 20 active cases is considered “high”, we’ll never see the end of this ridiculous campaign to strip our freedoms away. It time for those of us with common sense to reject these baseless claims that we are in constant danger because I’m sure our local public health official is eagerly standing by hoping to get our kids in masks again before the start of the school year.

I too am leery of big government but everything isnt a government plot to take away our freedoms. Make you own choice, respect other peoples choice, local school districts decide for the kids. We have had way to much misinformation from big govt for sure

This increase in viral cases in such a short time is noteworthy especially since this is not normal flu season which indicates to me the pandemic continues onward and most likely upward in caseload…what remains to be seen is how this communicable illness caseload evolves into the cooler weather and into the peak of the normal flu season…anything other than verifiable case numbers is subjective

My question is this; How many of the below actually have some sort of medical training, or degrees in epidemiology, or virology, or infectious disease. If you do not, then your opinions on this issue are just that, opinions, and carry no weight when making decisions regarding this issue. In other words, you need to listen to those that do, instead of blathering. This sort of thing is exactly why we are in the position we are currently in.
