Final Reading of Ordinance Postponed

A request to rezone 3.4 acres of property located at 940 Covey Run Road from B-1 Business District to a Planned Unit Development to allow for commercial canopy storage on the property was put on hold at Monday night’s Sheridan City Council meeting. City Planner Kelly Schroeder says that the applicant requested the pause on third and final reading of ordinance 2303-26, rezone of Cloud Peak Ranch 15-A Filing.

At Schroeder’s recommendation, the City Council, on a 6 to 0 vote, approved to postpone final reading of the ordinance until the Council’s September 21 business meeting.
