Code Amendment Ordinance Receives Second Reading Approval

The Sheridan City Council at their business meeting Monday night, considered second reading of an ordinance amending Chapter 20 of City of Sheridan Municipal Code that deals with pawnbrokers and second hand dealers. Sheridan Police Chief Travis Koltiska.

Following Chief Koltika’s presentation, the City Council approved the ordinance on second reading on a vote of 6 to 0. Third and final reading will be an item on the Council’s first regular business meeting in September.
