Buffalo PD Chief Reports Fourth Suspect Identified in Car Break-Ins

Buffalo Police Chief Sean Bissett, during his recent report to the city council, talked about another suspect that has been identified in the vehicle break-ins that happened in Buffalo last summer.

Bissett also gave the July numbers for the department, saying dispatch handled 1,985 calls with officers responding to 770 incidents.
