Buffalo PD Awarded Funding for 9-1-1 System Upgrades

Buffalo Police Chief Sean Bissett, in a recent report to the city council, updated them on gap funding the department received for the 9-1-1 system.

He explained further.

Bissett added that the funding gets the department started and gives them incentive to save for the 9-1-1 console upgrade that will need to be done in the next couple of years, with a price tag estimated at roughly $450,000.
