Sheridan Commission Approves Breen Minor Subdivision

Sheridan County’s Commissioners considered the Breen Minor Subdivision during their recent regular meeting.

According to the Public Works Department’s Staff Report, William and Patricia Breen applied for a subdivision permit for land located in an unplatted 58.43-acre property on which they wish to create four parcels roughly 1¾ miles northwest of Big Horn.

A variance concerning lot frontage was approved by the commission, and they approved the subdivision application with two recommendations concerning road maintenance and a requirement to extend Cato Drive to be labeled on the final plat.
