Sheridan Commission Appoints Viewer in Vacation of Property in Town of Lodore

Sheridan County’s Commissioners considered the appointment of County Engineer Ken Muller as viewer on the proposed vacation of the North half of the alley adjacent to Lots 13 and 14 of Block 3 and Lots 13 and 14 of Block 4 in the Town of Lodore.

According to the Oath of Viewer paperwork, Muller will determine whether the property is required, the public and private convenience and expense of maintaining the property, whether the vacation is practical or ought not to be vacated, and the probable expense of vacating the property including damages and/or benefits to adjacent property owners.

Muller will also compile a report and submit that to the county commission.

The commission voted to appoint Muller as viewer in the vacation.
