Governor Gordon Makes Special Announcement During Wyoming Cowboys Football Game
During halftime of the Wyoming Cowboys Football game Saturday, Wyoming Governor Mark Gordon announced the Cowboy State Agriculture Initiative. The Governor’s video message coincided with Agriculture and Energy Day. During the message, Gordon said the state’s energy and agriculture industries have created generations of jobs and our unique cowboy culture.
Through the Cowboy State Agricultural Initiative, the Governor has appointed a working group committed to preserving Wyoming’s agricultural heritage for current and future generations. The working group is made up of 13 Wyoming individuals, including executive branch advisors, state legislators, county commissioners, agricultural association’s representatives, University of Wyoming officials and business leaders who are committed to preserving Wyoming’s agricultural heritage and rich in agricultural knowledge.
The group will present a strategy for investments in education, applied research, and innovative farm and ranch management, for current and future generations. The working group’s goal is to support current agricultural practices and business in the state and suggest short- and long-term actions to be taken to keep agriculture thriving in Wyoming.

Wondering who is on the committee and if they represent the entire state, especially the Northwest.

I didn’t hear any reference to mining coal oil and so forth. I think it is appropriate to move away from those things, but can we be assured that there will be no interruption in the alternative sources of energy, wind, solar, etc.?

Sounds like a bunch of overpaid flumkys of the governor. 13 is a ridiculous amount of money. He must be thanking them for a lot of back door work in the past. The only thing threatening Wyoming is people like the ones moving into Jackson. Public land is getting restricted by access same as federal and state. He’s behind selling off state owned hot springs all for kick backs I assume.

I don’t believe anything this corrupt S.O.B has to say . The only resident of Wyoming that benefits from him are his boot licking lackeys.

How did this Sierra Club, liberal lacky get elected twice? He needs to take his “values” and move back East, where he is from.
