This state is to lenient on sex offenders. This guys gonna get 1-3 years suspended with 4 years probation. He will be having sex with minors in less than a year. Pathetic.

Let’s get the story straight here.
      1. He lives with his parents.
      2. She was never found at there house on New Years Eve or New Years Day.
      3. The time she ran away was a couple weeks after new years.
      4. They searched his parents house the day she ran away and she was not there.
      5. She was found at another man’s house in Woodlands park the day she ran away.
      6. There is proof shes been lying about her age to every man she has slept with.
      7. In the original report she was found at his parents house the day he was arrested. Also false. His parents were home that day also.
Sounds to me that alot of people need to get there facts straight instead of saying and believing everything they here.
I smell a law suit coming on..

I was in jail with Wylie Ivie for some six months & observed his demeanor & heard his line of defense, & that little punk kid was the most belligerent, arrogant little piece of work I’d ever come across in my entire life. How DARE you defend him, unless you’re Wylie himself or his parents? His parents REFUSED to bail him out of jail even though they could well afford it – they just did NOT want to be bothered with having that worthless kid back at home again. He whined for months about the fact that his parents wouldn’t take him back again. He never once owned up to what he was being charged with, he always lied about it. You don’t know this little undergrown adult brat the way I do, whoever you are, “UNKNOWN.” I wish I knew who you are so we could set the record straight about this little creep. You don’t know what you’re talking about. Wylie Ivie is a totally unrepentant, arrogant little piece of garbage, & I hope he somehow gets snagged on another charge & spends a whole lot of time in prison where he belongs.

You are SO RIGHT, James. I had to restrain myself from beating that arrogant little brat in the face so many times. I’ve never seen a more arrogant, useless, disgusting little punk in my entire life. And he had the gall to talk about being a sniper in The Marines – that wimpy, skinny little kid would never had made it in the marines. What a miserable sack of lies he is. He stayed in jail for as long as he did simply because his parents wouldn’t pay his measly $1,000 bond. I was so sick of him after a few months that I would’ve gladly paid his bond just to get rid of him. Just about the most disgusting, pathetic inmate I ever met at the Sheridan County Department of Correctios County Jail. He used t hide the TV remote so nobody else could find it to change the TV from his favorite channels. When he FINALLY left, I told him out loud not to let the door hit him on the ass on his way out. He didn’t say a thing to all the taunts & jeers he got on his way out of the unit. Good riddance!
