JCSD1 Board Approves Certified Staff Contracts for 2026-27
The Johnson County School Board considered the renewals of the contracts for certified staff within the district at their recent board meeting.
The board discussed the issue before the vote.
After discussion the board voted to renew the contracts for certified staff for the 2026-27 school year.
According to lawinsider.com, certified school personnel means a certified school employee, below the level of superintendent, who devotes the majority of employed time in a position in a district for which certification is required by the Education Professional Standards Board and includes certified administrators, assistant principals, principals, other professionals, and teachers.
