Buffalo Council to Reconsider Vendor Permit Fees
The Buffalo City Council will be looking at and possibly reconsidering the fee schedules for itenerant vendors operating within the city limits.
Jill Wright came before the council to ask for a tiered fee scale for different types of vendors, saying a $750 permit was too much for her daughter’s vendor truck that only sells inexpensive drinks, and no food.
She gave details.
Mayor Shane Schrader asked if there could be a discussion with the drink truck vendors to go over the Department of Ag’s tiered system for vendors to possibly do the same with the city’s vendor permits.
No action was taken by the council.
