Subdivision Near Healy Reservoir Moving Through System

A subdivision planned for a property northeast of Buffalo is moving through the proper channels and will soon be coming before the Johnson County Commission, according to County Planner Jim Waller, who discussed the proposal with them at a recent meeting.

Waller gave more details.

Waller said the next step in the process will be to get preliminary road design for the proposed subdivision and to get that to County Road & Bridge for their review and approval.

He added the commission should see a preliminary design in the next couple of months.
