News ReleaseThe Wyoming Department of Health reports the state has 6,740 confirmed cases of COVID-19, an increase of 112 over the past 24 hours, and 57 deaths in the state resulting from COVID-19. Three new deaths were reported by the WDH Tuesday, a Lincoln County man, an Albany County woman, and a Washakie County woman.
Fremont County has the most cases of any county in the state with 822 confirmed cases and 14 deaths, according to the WDH.
Sheridan County has a total of 323 lab confirmed positive cases, an increase of six in the past 24 hours. The WHD is reporting a total of 98 active lab confirmed cases in the county, and 297 cases recovered. The WDH reports 112 probable cases in Sheridan County. Sheridan County has experienced 4 deaths related to the virus.
Johnson County has 40 confirmed cases, an increase of one in the past 24 hours. There are 10 active lab confirmed cases. The WHD reports Johnson County has experienced 1 death resulting from the coronavirus.
