Recently, Whitney Benefits gifted a new 3-D printer to Sheridan College and for the immediate future, it will be used to produce personal protective equipment for Sheridan Memorial Hospital. Sheridan College Machine Tool Student Taylor Wendtland shares the details.
Wendtland said that the printers are very versatile and that the programs to create the equipment are readily accessible.
