Too Much Spending

Last month, the 65th Wyoming Legislature wrapped up their 2020 Budget Session in Cheyenne with a financial plan for the next biennium in place. Local Senator Dave Kinskey shared his thoughts on the budget bill.

Senator Kinskey explains that the COVID-19 pandemic has thrown a wrench into things and it could have a severe impact on the budget moving forward.

Kinskey said that the picture of where Wyoming is at financially will become clearer when the Consensus Revenue Estimating Group releases their next forecast.
