SOS’s Office Begins Targeted Audit of Commercial Registered Agents in Sheridan

On Wednesday, representatives of the Wyoming Secretary of State’s Office conducted several targeted, in-person audits of commercial registered agents, including the location of 30 North Gould Street in Sheridan, marking the beginning of an audit review process to ensure compliance with existing Wyoming law governing commercial registered agents. The Wyoming Corporate Office building at 30 North Gould in Sheridan has a history of having a number of shell companies registered to the address and has been investigated for numerous scams that are affiliated with the address.

    It’s about damn time! There are so many fake travel companies registered in Sheridan Wyoming at this address. My legitimate company here in Sheridan gets calls from people that have been ripped off more than anyone knows. I have contacted and talked to the Secretary of State personally about this situation. I hope they finally cracked down on them.

    Yeah out of state companies shouldn’t be selling products here! I wonder if have to register my company in other states to sell my product in those states?

    Check out all the LLCs in Story, Wy. One business in particular, hundreds of LLCs and still registering more. Newbie cults moved in, took over, and LLCs exploded. A Network State of LLCs
