Mayor Miller: ‘Be Mindful of Your Neighbors’

The Wyoming Department of Health announced Wednesday that the first reported case of COVID-19 was a woman in Sheridan County who had recently traveled within the United States. The individual and all known close contacts have been identified and contacted by the Wyoming Department of Health and are currently in self-isolation in their homes. A Sheridan County Incident Command has been established that is made up of health officials and community stakeholders. Sheridan Mayor Roger Miller said that the situation is being monitored closely.
Sheridan Memorial Hospital has dedicated a phone number for those that think they may be infected with the coronavirus. The number is 672-1004. The line is strictly for those who have the following symptoms: fever, cough, and shortness of breath. The phone number is not for questions or information on the coronavirus.

I have had a dry cough, shortness of breath (due to my bronchiectasis) and have chronic sinusitis. I have had these conditions for atleast 11 years, how can I tell the difference between this and the symptoms of Covid-19? I also care for my 92 year old mother! What should I do?
