UW Extends Spring Break to Prepare COVID-19 Contingencies

The University of Wyoming has extended their spring break an additional week in response to concerns about COVID-19. Governor Mark Gordon, while updating the state on the disease as it relates to Wyoming in a Thursday news conference, shared the details on the extension.
Acting UW President Neil Theobald said in a release that a decision will be made later regarding whether face to face classes on campus will resume March 30. Spring Break for the institution starts Friday at the end of classes.
