Short Session Meant to Maximize Efficiency

The 65th Wyoming Legislature is expected to reconvene for a 1 day special session next month to discuss topics related to the COVID-19 pandemic. Local Representative Mark Kinner said that the short length of the gathering is meant to maximize time and efficiency in general.

Wyoming is set to receive $1.25 billion from the CARES Act appropriations, although it is not entirely clear at this point what those monies could be used for.     How much better prepared would our health care system be if Medicaid expansion had been passed by a legislature that has deemed 19000 of our citizens disposable?
