Sheridan Commission Ratifies Brooks Street Change Order
During their regular Tuesday meeting the Sheridan County Commission, in their Consent Agenda, voted to ratify a change order on the Brooks Street Paving and Retaining Wall project.
Wagner Ranch Services had requested additional days to be added to the contract due to weather issues and and an unforeseen condition, which was the discovery of a fiber optic line within the scope of the project.
The contractor had requested an additional 25 days be added to the original 90 calendar days allotted for completion of the project but was granted 20 days instead.
There will be no change in the contract price due to the additional days for the project, according to the change order.
