Bronc Hoops Live Tonight v Rock Springs 14-10 KWYO-106.9 FM / Hawks Junior Hockey at Gillette Friday / Broncos at KC Sunday

BRONC / LADY BRONC HOOPS – The Sheridan Bronc basketball team starts the season today at a three day tournament in Casper they open tonight with Rock Springs at 6:00 they take on Kelly Walsh tomorrow night at 7:30 and finish up Saturday against Green River at 1:30 all three games can be heard live on KWYO and 106.9 FM.

The Lady Broncs open today at their tournament in Riverton.

RAMS / EAGLES HOOPS – The Big Horn and Tongue River basketball teams will open tomorrow at tournaments in Upton and a tournament co-hosted by Glenrock and Wright.

WRESTLING – The Bronc wrestlers will host a dual with Worland tonight the dual will get underway at 5:00 then they head to a big invitational tournament in Rapid City for the weekend.

SWIMMING / DIVING – The Bronc swimmers and divers open their season tomorrow at the Gillette Relays.

SC HOOPS – Sheridan college Generals and Lady Generals have hit their break in the schedule they open the second half of the season at home January 4th against Williston, North Dakota.

UW HOOPS – The Wyoming basketball Cowboys play at home Saturday against Northern Colorado, the Cowgirls host Mississippi Valley state tonight.

HAWKS JUNIOR HOCKEY – The Sheridan Junior Hawks play at Gillette tomorrow night then head off to Blaine, Minnesota for the national showcase that starts this weekend they will play three games.

The have played well in their first season in Sheridan and Head coach Andy Scheib says they had a very good first half of the regular season.

The Showcase is an annual event for the players to get in front of scouts from other junior leagues and colleges but Scheib the hawks will also be looking for victories.

The Hawks return the home ice with a special event on new years eve hosting a game with the Gillette Wild.

COWBOY FOOTBALL – The Wyoming football Cowboys will play Georgia state in the Arizona Bowl New Years eve day at 2:30 in the afternoon you can hear the game live on KWYO and 106.9 FM.

BRONCO FOOTBALL – The Denver Broncos play at Kansas City Sunday kickoff will be at 11:00 you can hear the game live on KWYO and 106.9 FM.

INDOOR TRACK AND FIELD – The final winter sport season will get underway Monday January 6th that is the first day of practice for indoor track and field the season will begin with a meet January 18th in Casper.
