Two North-Central Wyoming High School Coaches Named Coach Of The Year For Spring 2025 Season
It’s the athletes that win the games, events, and championships, but the coaches have something to do with it.
Taylor Kelting (4A Boys Track and Field) of Sheridan, and Dick Edgcomb (3A Boys Soccer) of Buffalo, have been named Coaches of the Year for the Spring 2025 sports season, by the Wyoming Coaches Association.
The Sheridan Boys Track and Field team repeated as 4A State Champs last month and won their 4th State Title in 5 years, while the Buffalo Boys Soccer team won their first state title since 2013 in a shootout.
Alex Lassle of Sheridan (Soccer) and Brent Gross of Buffalo (Track and Field) were named Assistant Coaches of the Year in their respective sports.
