Sheridan Troopers Legion Baseball: After playing one home double-header in the month of June, the Sheridan Troopers are getting ready to play 5 home double-headers in the first half of July.

The team plays at 5pm today in a conference double-header matchup vs. Jackson.

Sheridan has a record so far of 29-23, but are only 6-11 after winning the tournament in Rapid City about 1 month ago.

Troopers Head Coach Austin Cowen says since that time, the competition has stepped up, and the Troopers need to do the same again.

You can watch a LIVE video stream of today’s games at sheridanmedia.com and on the Sheridan Media Facebook and Youtube pages.

James Timberlake will have the LIVE radio play-by-play on AM 1410 KWYO and 106.9 FM.

In between games, the late Ernie Rotellini will be honored.

On Saturday, Sheridan hosts Cody for a double-header starting at 1pm.

Those games will also be LIVE video streamed and broadcasted on radio.

Colorado Rockies Baseball: The Colorado Rockies lost again at home last night vs. Houston 5-3.

Mickey Moniak hit a 2-run home run for the cause.

The Rocks will try to avoid a 3-game sweep today starting at 1:10pm.

The team will start a 3-game home series against the Chicago White Sox tomorrow.

Denver Broncos Football: Football fans don’t have to wait much longer for the upcoming season.

Training camps for all teams start later this month, in particular the Denver Broncos start 3 weeks from tomorrow on July 25th.

The first pre-season game for Denver is on Saturday, August 9th at San Francisco, and the regular season begins on Sunday, September 7th at home vs. Tennessee.
