COVID-19 Numbers as of 3 p.m. Oct. 21
The Wyoming Department of Health reports the state has 8,305 confirmed cases of COVID-19, adding 235 in the last 24 hours and 61 deaths in the state resulting from COVID-19.
Albany County has the most cases of any county in the state with 1,010 confirmed cases and 2 deaths, according to the WDH.
Sheridan County has a total of 427 lab confirmed positive cases, an increase of 24 in the past 24 hours. The WHD is reporting a total of 137 active lab confirmed cases in the county, and 382 cases recovered. The WDH reports 150 probable cases in Sheridan County. Sheridan County has experienced 4 deaths related to the virus.
Johnson County has 53 confirmed cases. There are 15 active lab confirmed cases and 22 probable cases. The WHD reports Johnson County has experienced 2 deaths resulting from the coronavirus.

The highest increase in cases yet, here in Sheridan. I think it’s time to shut some things back down, instead of loosen restrictions, like at restaurants, bars, and schools! Maybe a mask mandate is in order. Getting scarier by the day!
