Buffalo Council Approves Pool Concessionaire Agreement

Buffalo’s City Council has voted to approve a Concessionaire’s Agreement between the city and Lickity Splits, to operate the snack shack at the Municipal Outdoor Pool this summer.

The contract is for $500 and will run from June through August while the outdoor pool is open for the summer.

The concessionaire, Lickity Splits, has been awarded the contract for the past three years.

The Buffalo Outdoor Pool is scheduled to open on Monday, June 9, but could possibly open this weekend.
