Filling a Vacancy

The City of Sheridan is seeking an engaged and motivated individual to fill a vacancy on the Planning Commission. Sheridan Media’s Ron Richter has the details.

The Planning Commission helps guide the City’s future by advising the City Council, reviewing development proposals, and supporting long-range planning efforts. Sheridan Mayor Rich Bridger says they will be accepting applications from those interested through October 30 at 5 pm.

The Planning Commission meets on the second and fourth Mondays of the month at 7 pm. The appointment will fill the remainder of an existing term ending June 30, 2029. You can submit a brief bio and cover letter to ajohnson@sheridanwy.gov or you can apply online here.
