Sheridan Commission OK’s License Agreement for Gas Line on Bird Farm Road

A License Agreement for a gas line on Bird Farm Road was considered by the Sheridan County Commission.

The agreement was tied to another agreement on McCormick Road that was denied, but the commission needed to consider this one independent of the other agreement, as explained by County Engineer Ken Muller.

Commissioner Holly Jennings asked Muller if they could approve this agreement so it was in place in case MDU got easements from landowners on McCormick Road.

The commission voted to approve the License Agreement 2624LA with MDU for open trench/crossing installation of 4-inch PE gas line at County Road 28 a/k/a Bird Farm Road for a fee of just over $1,600.
