An arraignment hearing was held Tuesday in Fourth Judicial District Court in Sheridan for 29-year-old Rachael Rodriguez, who is charged with four counts of Burglary, one count of Attempted Burglary, and one count of Conspiracy to Commit Burglary. Rodriguez pleaded “not guilty” to the six charges, all of which are felonies. District Court Judge John Fenn scheduled the three-day, #2 stack trial to begin on October 26. The #2 stack trial means that there is one other trial scheduled to begin on October 26 as well. Judge Fenn set the pretrial conference for September 24 at 9:30 am.

Rodriguez was arrested and charged late last month for her role in allegedly burglarizing a number of storage units in Sheridan County between March 1st and April 16 of this year. The co-defendant in the case, 31-year-old Jeremiah Thompson-Musquiz has a warrant issued for his arrest, as his bond was revoked for failing to appear at an arraignment hearing. If convicted on all six counts, Rodriguez faces up to 60 years in prison and fines of up to $60,000.
