    The wording should be simplified:
-Do you prefer higher taxes or lower?
-Do you want to pay a 6% sales tax or 5%?
If it were put to voters in an honest way, we might finally return to a more reasonable and affordable 5 cent sales tax.
-Do you want to Re-impose the state’s highest County sales tax or do you want to Free everyone from high taxes?
-Do you prefer Socialism or the Free market?
Socialism takes forced-taxation from everyone then let’s the gov’t decide who gets the goodies.
While the free market that America was founded as, keeps forced taxation to a minimum, to provide essential services, and funds everything else thru freedom and voluntary donations.
-Gov’t decides where your money goes or YOU Do?
Socialism has Failed everywhere it’s ever been tried.
While free markets have have made America Great and lifted millions out of poverty.
    Lower Taxes are Always Better!
