Sheridan Commission Denies Lot Size Variance

Sheridan County’s Commissioners have voted to deny a Lot Size Variance application by G2G Investments, LLC to create two parcels on Woodland Park Road of a 4.66-acre parcel and a 1.40-acre parcel, which is smaller than the county requirement of five-acres per dwelling unit in the UR-Urban Residential zone it is in.

Public comments were against allowing the variance.

The Planning & Zoning Commission also voted 5-0 to recommend denial of the Variance request.

The commission voted to deny the request.
