The collective bargaining session will take place in April and if an agreement isn’t reached within 30 days of the initial session, the  matter will then go to arbitration. The Council also approved a Firefighter Negotiations Committee composed of Mayor Rich Bridger and Councilmen Terry Weitzel, Jack Wood and Steve Brantz.
