On August 7th, the world lost a beautiful soul. Katherine Roper went in peace too soon while surrounded by loved ones. Kate spent her life in Buffalo helping and caring for everyone she encountered. She was passionate about nature and had a fierce appetite for life. Kate would spend endless hours nurturing her fruitful garden and grateful family. She was a wonderful, loving mother and wife. Kate dedicated herself to her family, cooking nine course meals filled with love and thoroughly thought-out ingredients. No combination of words could truly capture the complex essence of this woman, for she was like no other. She had an open-heart bursting with unconditional love. Kate is now walking through Heaven, leaving a clear path for her loved ones to follow when they’re ready. The world will be a darker place without her bright, shining light.
