Howard “JACK” Wesley Sipe Jr. passed away peacefully at Westview on Thursday, September 10, 2026.

A Celebration Of Life will be held at 2:00 pm on Friday, September 18, 2026, at Champion Kane Reception Hall with Military Honors and a dessert reception.

Inurnment will be in the Trinity Lutheran Church Columbarium.
