Scott Stults and Sue Wilson discuss the meeting

In a special meeting of SCSD#2, Superintendent Scott Stults, with the recommendation of Dr. Hunter, approached the board with the recommendation that masks no longer be required at SCSD #2, but are strongly recommended.

Sheridan County Covid cases have dropped in the past month, and Sheridan County is now in the green, which is almost the best it can get according to the chart from the White House Covid-19 Task force, the only color better is deep green.

The recommendation will be revisited in two weeks, but Stults said that Dr. Hunter, although he does not have a crystal ball, feels like there will not be another Covid spike.

Stults said that by choosing to do what SCSD#2 did in August by requiring masks, helped to keep the Covid-19 rates low.

He also had this to say about bullying, either for wearing masks or not wearing masks.

The board approved Stults recommendation, starting tomorrow at SCSD#2 masks will be strongly recommended by not require.

I’m glad they decided to finally let the children have oxygen! Stults should be fired immediately!! Many of the soon to be replaced board members walk around town maskless while the children are muzzled. Time to replace every single school board member and the Stults!!!

Yes. The masters have spoken. How good of them to let the children breathe. I’ll help you unseat any of those who pushed this mask nonsense.

Arin Waddell is the only board member that voted against taking the masks off the children. Saw her out and about yesterday enjoying the oxygen without a mask! She doesn’t believe in the masks for herself, only for our children! Let’s vote her out!!

Up for reelection in 2022: Ann Perkins, Shellie Szmyd, Arin Waddell, Susan Wilson. I’m not sure about Ed Fessler, Mary Beth Evers and Dana Wyatt as there is no information on them on the scsd#2 website.

My first comment was approved and then removed. They must not want parents talking about replacing the school board and firing Stults. Arin Waddell need to be fired as well! What besides communism would make you want to vote masks on our children when Arin Waddell enjoys breathing freely all around town? Disgraceful!

Basic masks help reduce the projected particles from a cough or sneeze and don’t work do much for filtering incoming air. Again this is basic education.

Arin, alias Erin, or Heather needs to find something else to do with her time. How much did the lawsuit weigh into this? Congratulations Free Our Faces!

HUGE THANKS TO YOU, LORI, AND ALL OTHERS WHO ATTENDED THE MEETINGS FOR ROUSING THE SLEEPING PARENTS AND GRANDPARENTS FROM OUR LETHARGY AND APATHY OF NOT ATTENDING SCHOOL BOARD MEETINGS, OF NOT BEING VOCAL THERE, NOR “TAKING NAMES” OF HOW THE VOTING RE THE MASKS WENT, AND EXPOSING THE HYPOCRISY OF THE MEMBERS UNMASKING THEMSELVES AT WILL BUT THE STUDENTS. We all must also keep a close watch on the “politically correct” information in the books our kids are studying, re CRT, Counter Culture, Gender Identity, etc.

      A) The board made it’s recommendation based on medical advice not you’re arrogant ranting
      B) Unless you have read Bell you don’t know what CRT is, if you did you’d find out it is not scary.(Advice that our Superintendent of schools could use)
C)Anti minority rights. anti gay rights you are in fact the counter culture i.e. the opposition to cultural norms and you already have all the platform you need thanks to the very rights you would deny others.

So are we to assume that Lori, Thomas, Barbara and Jan will all be running for school board. That is the American way to change things. Apparently you all know the “proper” way the schools should be run. Walk in their shoes before you criticize, learn from actual service.
