In its first guest artist performance for the 2021 year, the Whitney Center for the Arts Concert Hall will feature Janet Feder, a classically trained guitarist.
Feder’s career began as a classically trained guitarist, according to Director of Bands and Jazz Studies and Whitney Center for the Arts Concert Hall Eric Richards.
Based in Denver, CO., Feder will perform her works in the prepared guitar genre at the Whitney Center for the Arts Concert Hall. During an appearance on Sheridan Media’s Public Pulse, Richards spoke on the genre.
According to Richards, he believes that no matter the preferred musical genre, audience members will enjoy and embrace Feder’s mastery of the guitar and musical talents.
