Sheridan Commission Approves Alley Vacation in Downer Addition

A vacation of a platted public alley of Block 58 within the Downer Addition was considered by the Sheridan County commission at their meeting this week.

County Engineer Ken Muller said the Notice of Intent to vacate had gone out and that the County Clerk had reported no Public Comment received.

No discussion was had by the board concerning the vacation.

The commission voted to approve the vacation of the platted public alley of Block 58 within the Downer Addition.
