Black Tooth Business Park Final Plat

The Sheridan City Council met for their first regular business meeting of October Monday night. Sheridan Media’s Ron Richter has the details.

A resolution for the final plat of the Black Tooth Business Park located at 3150 Heartland Drive in Sheridan was approved by the Council. City Planner Kelly Schroeder says the applicant, Heartland Assets, LLC, intends to subdivide 53.7 acres into 15 commercial/light industrial use lots.

Schroeder said that in conjunction with the Black Tooth Business Park subdivision, Whitney Benefits is dedicating a permanent 60-foot right-of-way to the City, together with two 15-foot easement strips lying on each side adjacent to the described right-of-way.

The right-of-way dedication will provide public access to the subdivision and create a new City-owned street built to City standard. Schroeder added that it will also contain City-owned and maintained water and sewer infrastructure and all improvements will be completed with the Black Tooth Business Park subdivision.
