Council Awards Bid for 5th and Main Curb Reconstruction Project

The radius of the curb and sidewalk at the northwest corner of the 5th and Main Street intersection will be expanding from a 30 foot radius to a 44 foot radius to accommodate high truck traffic in the area. The Sheridan City Council Monday night awarded the bid for the project to SSR Construction Inc., the lowest qualified bid, in the amount of $73,637. City Engineer Thomas Morneau.

Morneau said the improvements will remain within the immediate intersection area and will be designed to meet ADA requirements and applicable WYDOT standards.
