Jo Co Commission Appoints Part-Time Magistrate.

Johnson County’s commissioners held a special meeting on Friday to appoint

a part-time magistrate for the Fourth Circuit Court of Wyoming.

In Resolution #776, the commission approved the appointment of Ryan Healy

as a part-time magistrate. 

According to wyocourts.gov, Wyoming circuit courts can utilize part-time magistrates appointed by a circuit court judge with the approval of the county commissioners.
