Hub on Smith Celebrates Veterans with Special Breakfast and Community

The Hub on Smith will honor veterans with a free Veterans Day breakfast and program from 7 to 9 a.m. Nov. 11 at The Hub, with no RSVP required.

While appearing on Sheridan Media’s Pulse, Hub on Smith Executive Director Dustin Stephens (a veteran himself) said he is looking forward to the event and will give a short presentation at 8 a.m. that will feature a color guard and the national anthem.

The Hub serves more than 3,000 patrons annually, with veterans accounting for 17% to 20% of those served. The Veterans Day Special Breakfast is free to all veterans and one guest of their choosing, but everyone is invited to attend.

Stephens encouraged family and friends to bring their loved veteran, offering an opportunity to share breakfast, connect with the community and recognize their honorable service to the nation.
