Sheridan Commission to Consider Approval of Wildfire Protection Plan

During their regular meeting on Wednesday, Sheridan County’s Commissioners will consider the approval of the 2026 Community Wildfire Protection Plan for Sheridan County.

Also on the Agenda is consideration of an MOU among the Boards of County Commissioners of the State of Wyoming regarding the Congressional Tour Initiative; consider candidates for the Local Government Liability Pool Board for 3-year terms, beginning January 1, 2027; consideration of the Interagency Agreement between the Wyoming Office of State Lands and Investments, Forestry Division and Sheridan County; consideration of a License Agreement with Visionary Communications; consideration of Addendum #1 to the Agreement for Professional Services for the Tongue River Kleenburn Area Stream Stabilization and Water Quality Improvement Project; and consideration of the Open Sky Academy CUP.

The meeting will begin at 9 a.m. Wednesday in the Second Floor Board Room, #220, in the Sheridan County Courthouse Addition.
