Buffalo Council OK’s Counter-Offer for Business Park Real Estate Sale

Buffalo’s City Council considered the approval of an offer in Block 1, Lot 2 in the Buffalo Business Park.

Councilman Scott Madsen made a motion to make a counter-offer on the sale of the property.

City Attorney Zane Hengel said if the council wanted to reject the offer and make a counter-offer, he suggested some minor changes to the agreement paperwork before sending it back to the prospective buyer.

The council approved the counter-offer with the minor changes.
