Sheridan Commission OK’s License Agreement with MDU

Sheridan County’s Commissioners, at their last regular meeting, considered a License Agreement with Montana-Dakota Utilities for a bored crossing installation of an underground power line at County Road #28, a.k.a. Bird Farm Road.

County Engineer Ken Muller gave more details on the proposed agreement.

The commission voted to approve and accept the License Agreement with MDU for a fee of just over $191.
