Buffalo Council Approves Cornerstone Preliminary Plat

Buffalo’s City Council considered the Cornerstone Preliminary Plat during their last regular meeting.

Mayor Shane Schrader said the Planning & Zoning Commission had recommended approval with some conditions, which he detailed.

The council explained that this was only a preliminary plat, and that the development will be changed throughout the plat process before it is finally approved and built.

The council voted to approve the Preliminary Plat.
