Buffalo Council Has Second Dog Park Discussion

A second discussion was had between a resident and the Buffalo City Council at their last meeting concerning the possibility of a memorial dog park within the city.

Samantha Grubb, who talked to the council at a meeting in September, asked thecouncilfor any update they had on a decision about the park.

Mayor Shanr Schrader said the council had not discussed the matter much during the last few weeks, concentrating on getting new city employees adjusted to their positions, but had looked at different locations to place it.

Grubb said she was flexible in the location, but some she had spoken to had suggested different locations that may work.

Discussions continued, touching on who would maintain such a park, possible locations for it, and funding sources.
