YMCA Sports Director Talks Spring Soccer 

Sheridan County YMCA Sports Director Jake Mack made an appearance on Sheridan Media’s Public Pulse to announce registration for Spring Soccer will end March 27. 

A change in organization of teams that took effect last year has yielded good results for the girl’s soccer teams.

Currently, the roaster sits at approximately 200 children taking part this year. Mack said he would love to double that number. 

The registration deadline has been extended this year to March 27. Fees for those requiring a new jersey are $50 for YMCA members, $60 for program members. Those with jerseys from the previous season will be $40 for members and $50 for program members. Scholarships are available.

Mack is also searching for adults and young adults interested in coaching and referring games. No experience is necessary and a background check will be performed.
