Buffalo Council Approves Rezone Request

A request for a rezone on a residential property in the city limits was considered by the Buffalo City Council.

The property, located at 706 Circle Drive, was discussed by owner Nick Smith, asking for a rezone from R-1 to R-3.

According to Mayor Shane Schrader, the rezone request has been reviewed and approved by the Planning & Zoning Commission.

The council voted to approve the request.
