Sheridan Commission Approves Range Telephone License Agreement

Sheridan County’s Commissioners considered ratification of a license agreement between the county and Range Telephone Cooperative, Inc. for installation of a cable on a county road.

According to information provided by the commission, Range was asking for permission to install a buried copper and fiber line on County Road #269, Lower Powder River Road.

The charge for the installation will be a flat $600 installation fee plus $425 for 1,700 feet of line at 25 cents per foot for a total of $1,025.

The commission approved the license agreement.
