Congresswoman Cheney Holds Conference Call to Address Ukraine
Wyoming Congresswoman Liz Cheney held a conference call with Wyoming news media Wednesday morning to address Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelensky’s appeal to Congress for help with the Russian invasion of his country. Cheney offered the following remarks in response to Zelensky’s historic speech.
Cheney discussed the U.S. response to Russia’s attack on Ukraine.
Cheney addressed the situation of the Administration continuing to engage in negotiations with Iran.
Cheney said she was disappointed in the Administration’s decision to block the transfer of MiG fighter jets from Poland to Ukraine. The Pentagon released a statement last week that said the transfer would be a high risk move that could escalate tensions with Russia.

Send in your kids and grandkids to fight the ruskies on the front lines first, Liz. Americans have shed enough blood for your military industrial complex. Your cognitively challenged leader Biden is weak, and the ruskies took advantage of it….and so will China against Taiwan.

I’m no fan of the Biden administration but if we followed Cheney’s advice we’d be looking at a direct conflict with Russia. Even flirting with something like that is absolute insanity. If Cheney is so eager for us to “do something” maybe she ought to go down to the Ukrainian embassy and volunteer to serve in their military, and yes they really are taking volunteers. I know a lot of liberals have an infatuation with the congress woman because she voted to impeach Trump but I think you have to be deaf and blind to look at her and not see how truly dangerous she is. Furthermore the aid we have sent and what’s on the way will go a lot farther than the Soviet era fighter jets she wants given to Ukraine.
