The Sheridan Community Land Trust is inviting the public to “Weather or Not?” a free, hands-on program from 11 to 11:30 a.m. Saturday, June 20 at the SCLT Welcome Center.

According to SCLT, participants will learn how to read clouds, spot changing weather conditions, and stay safer while enjoying the outdoors. The program is designed for hikers, anglers, hunters, trail users, families, and anyone interested in learning more about the skies above Sheridan County and the Bighorn Mountains.

No RSVP is required.

The program will be held at the SCLT Welcome Center, located at 14 Lane Ln. at the Big Goose Natural Area.

SCLT Marketing and Development Contractor Chris Vrba, said the Welcome Center was designed to inform the public on the many aspects of the Land Trust’s mission.
